THE COURAGE TO CONTINUE IS
RESILIENCE
Resilience counseling
Resilience comes from being given a chance to work through difficult problems.

Resilience Counseling is a place of healing, hope, and restoration. Our background is in both clinical and school counseling. We have experience working with various age groups, from children and adolescents to the elderly. We specialize in addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, behavior, PTSD, trauma, relationships, family dynamics, eating disorders, and more.
Convenient daytime, evening and weekend hours are available to fit the needs of busy schedules, and online telehealth appointments are available for those that prefer not to come into the office.
Therapy is an important step towards achieving emotional and mental health, and we are glad you are here. During your healing journey, we will walk alongside you as you explore goals for your future, process through difficult emotions, navigate life's transitions, and learn more about yourself while cultivating your own personal resilience.

"Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up." -Brene Brown.
